Repair Info

Owners making repairs to their units, if association responsibility, must be board approved prior to repairs being made. Owner(s) must submit repair specifications, including materials used, for board review and consideration. Any repairs prior to this notice will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for any reimbursement consideration.

Please report any defect or need for repairs to the community manager.
